FACTS/E-Cashier Full Payment Option

SUNY Upstate Medical University is now offering an option to Pay Online!

FACTS/E-Cashier is available for payment of Summer, Fall and Spring semester tuition in full.

Use E-Cashier via your ISIS account to pay your bill in full using your Checking/Savings Account or your Credit Card.

How to log into E-Cashier:

1. Click onto your ISIS Student Account
2. Enter your User ID and PIN # and click on "Login."
3. Click on the "Student Accounts" menu link.
4. Click on "Billing Statement" menu link.
5. Select the Term you would like to view
6. Click on the E-Cashier logo
7. Follow the instructions given on the E-Cashier screens.

You'll be receiving your statement under separate cover and payment must reach our office by the payment due date.

If you have already signed up for a FACTS payment in full option, and would like to view your FACTS account, click on the"My FACTS" icon above. (You must know your FACTS account number and social security number.)
