Career Resources—College of Medicine
Career Development for students in the College of Medicine is offered on an individual basis through assigned faculty advisors and through advisory Deans in the division of Student Affairs.
Student Affairs Deans and members of the clinical faculty make formal presentations to MS III students concerning the process and procedures involved in obtaining a Residency.
Specific requirement factors that might enhance a student's chance of being accepted into a given Residency Program are discussed. Thus, students have a solid understanding of how the Residency selection process operates and which variables may be of importance in their particular area of interest.
