Housing Rates
- Monthly rates include all utilities, fully furnished apartments, cable and Upstate's Campus Intranet, wireless internet.
- Housing rates are per person with the exception of married/family accomodations.
- Both towers are managed by Upstate Medical University Professional staff and are exclusively reserved for students, residents and Upstate affiliated persons.
- We will make every attempt to place applicants in their desired room/apartment type but this is subject to availability.
