Geneva Tower is a brand new, state of the art residence hall opening August 2012.
Three Different Room Types
One Bedroom Apartment
The one bedroom apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate one student or a married couple. Each apartment includes one bedroom, a living area, a private bathroom and a full size kitchen with refrigerator, sink, oven/range. All apartments are fully furnished.
Two Bedroom Apartment
The two-bedroom apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate two students or a married family. Each apartment includes two bedrooms, a living area, a private bathroom and a full size kitchen with refrigerator, sink, oven/range. All apartments are fully furnished.
Four Bedroom Suite
The four-bedroom suite is designed to comfortably accommodate four students. Each apartment has four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full size kitchen with refrigerator, sink, oven/range, living room and two walk-in storage closets. All apartments are fully furnished.
ON CAMPUS POLICY
All undergraduates under 21 years of age are required to live on-campus. Exceptions to this policy may be made in writing to the Assistant Director of College Housing.
