Tuition Billing Statement

Students must return the bottom portion of the bill to confirm enrollment and accept financial responsibility even if there isn’t a balance due the school.  Students who have confirmed enrollment and accepted financial responsibility will be liable for tuition and all related educational costs.

FAILURE TO RETURN THIS FORM WILL PREVENT FINANCIAL AID
FROM BEING PROCESSED AND YOUR REFUND (IF ANY) WILL BE DELAYED.

  • WHERE Tuition Statements are Mailed
It is extremely important that you update your mailing address because your tuition billing statement will be mailed to the most current mailing address listed.

  • WHEN Tuition Billing Statements are Mailed
    • Your billing statement will be mailed approximately 5 weeks prior to the first day of classes
    • Additional billing statements are mailed periodically throughout the semester if you make changes to your course registration schedule that result in a change of your account balance (i.e. change in credit hour status, change in financial aid package) that would result in your owing additional monies to the SUNY Upstate Medical University.
