Syracuse Community Health Center (SCHC)

Syracuse Community Health Center's primary mission is to provide quality health care services to all individuals with a commitment to those who might otherwise be excluded from the health care system while remaining cost effective, efficient and competitive. SCHC has a provider staff of 86, comprised of physicians, dentists, dental hygienists, radiologists, certified nurse midwives, ophthalmologist, podiatrist and other health care professionals specializing in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and dentistry. This comprehensive professional resource enables Syracuse Community Health Center to offer a remarkably wide range of primary and urgent medical, dental and behavioral health services. Today SCHC serves over 68,000 active users at eleven different service delivery sites.
