Atypical Bronchial Cells
There is apparent anisonucleosis, enlarged nuclei, and some hyperchromasia. These points make the group atypical but note that there are still relatively smooth nuclear membranes, evenly distributed chromatin, and no macronucleoli. (40x, pap stain, bronchial wash)
