Carcinoma of the Breast
Breast cancer, as with most metastases, presents in a clean background with little or no necrosis. Notice the group formation, the chromatin, the nucleoli, and the N/C ratio. This is a malignant adenocarcinoma and there should be a history to help with the correct diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer. (40x, pap stain, FNA)
