Squamous Carcinoma (Well Differentiated)

Keratinizing squamous carcinoma doesn’t always fit the classic definition. Look at this picture; the group has all the typical squamous malignant features but not those of keratinizing. What makes this case keratinizing squamous carcinoma is the amount of keratinizing debris in the background. (40x, pap stain, bronchial brush)
