Poorly Differentiated Carcinoma

Again look at the N/C ratio, the nuclear irregularities, the cytoplasm, and the anisonucleosis. It is malignant but difficult to positively categorize into a squamous or adenocarcinoma category. (40x, diff quick, bronchial wash)
