CENTRAL NEW YORK BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL WOMAN

Central New York Business and Professional Women (CNY/BPW) is a member of the Business and Professional Women USA, a national organization dedicated to equity for women in the workplace through advocacy, education and legislation. Our organization's rich history is filled with hard fought battles including support of the Pay Equity Act.

Central New York BPW is offering a $1,000 scholarship to an adult woman in financial need and who is returning to school in pursuit of higher education. To apply for this scholarship, please tell us in essay form about yourself, your course of study, and which women’s issues are important to you and why.  Please mail or email your letters to the name below by May 30, 2008.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact at the number below. The Central New York BPW scholarship recipient will be invited to the dinner meeting on June 17th, at which time a presentation of the scholarship will be made.
