Student Evaluation Form
A new standardized Student Evaluation Form (to assess clinical performance) has been developed for preceptors. The new form is practical, user friendly and requires less time to complete.
This is just one of the many initiatives faculty are working on to facilitate improved services for our community and regional preceptors who provide such a valued service to our College of Nursing!
