Contact Hours for National Re-CertificationActing as a preceptor counts toward your contact hours for national re-certification! Upon receipt of the Student Evaluation Form (with completed hours), the Coordinator for Clinical Placement will forward the ANCC Recertification Form to you for submission (with completed hours and signature from Upstate Medical University).
