RN to MS Program

Registered nurses may elect to enter an RN to MS fast track program, which allows completion of the bachelor’s and master’s degree in three years of full-time study. A part-time option is available.

Current BS students who wish to apply to the RN-MS program should schedule an appointment with their academic advisor to discuss their academic plans. BS students who wish to change from the BS Nursing Program to the RN-MS program must complete the Change to RN to MS Program/Intent to Enroll Form  PDF documentand submit the fom, along with the required personal statement and letter of recommendation to the Office of Student Admissions. Current students with outstanding pre-requisites are not eligible to apply for the RN-MS program.

I went to work after earning my assoc-
iate's degree, and kept right on going to school. Courses like Nurse as Educator fit right in with what I want to do professionally. In class, not only do you develop lasting friendships with students and faculty, but it's encouraging to be around so many nurses, in all sorts of careers. "
