RNFA—Admission Requirements
RN licensure
Bachelor of Science degree preferred
Eligibility Requirements
CNOR or CNOR eligible
(Proof of certification must be submitted before program completion)
OR
Nationally board certified or board eligible as a nurse practitioner or midwife
(Proof of certification must be submitted before course completion)
Basic Life Support certification (ACLS preferred)
Signed letter of consent from a board certified surgeon agreeing to act as the student’s preceptor
Three Letters of Recommendation
