RNFA—Admission Requirements

• RN licensure
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred
• Eligibility Requirements  
• CNOR or CNOR eligible   (Proof of certification must be submitted before program completion)
  OR
  
• Nationally board certified or board eligible as a nurse practitioner or midwife   (Proof of certification must be submitted before course completion)
• Basic Life Support certification (ACLS preferred)
• Signed letter of consent from a board certified surgeon agreeing to act as the student’s preceptor  
• Three Letters of Recommendation
