Charge/Function:

The Committee on Academic Promotion is responsible for the promotion of students from one academic level to the next and for recommending students for graduation. Business is conducted with a quorum (majority) of the Committee. The Committee on Academic Promotion also serves as an appeal board for students who wish to appeal Grade Committee recommendations. The Committee on Academic Promotion will act upon the recommendations of the Grades Committee. The Dean of Student Affairs will notify students of the actions taken.
