Charge/Function:
The purpose of the Public Affairs Council is to connect the SUNY Upstate Medical University's mission and vision to its various communications activities and opportunities, to plan communications that aid in the institution's advancement, and to serve, through its chairperson, as advisors to the Executive Council on matters relevant to the institution's relations and communication.
