Dr. Satterly joined the Department of Family Medicine in 2006 as an Assistant Professor. She is an instructor for the Practice of Medicine Course as well as the Healer's Art Large Group Sessions. She is also a facilitator for the Healer's Art Small Group Sessions. One of Dr. Satterly's passions is her work at both the Poverello and the Amaus Health Clinics. At Poverello, individuals without insurance are provided with medical care and medications as well as social support at no cost to the patient; Amaus is a collaborative multidisciplinary training site in clinical medicine, service and professionalism for medical students, nursing students and other health care professionals in training. It is a true community site and is sponsored and supported mainly by the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
