Dr. Sulik is a graduate of Georgetown University School for Nursing, earned a Master's degree in Physiology from Georgetown University and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She serves as Team I Attending Physician and an Associate Professor of Family Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University. She is the Medical Director of Family Planning, as well as, the President of the Medical Staff at St. Joseph's Hospital. Her primary interests include obstetrics and womens health with special emphasis on colposcopy and LEEP. She is director of the St. Joseph's Hospital Dysplasia Clinic, and is a certified faculty and course instructor for Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics course. Dr. Sulik has given over 86 presentation since 1994 and authored/co-authored 16 publications including "Menstrual Disorders" for the American Academy Family Practice Monograph series and "Placenta Previa" for 5 Minute Clinical Consultants, 1998. She has recently completed a book, titled "Primary Care Procedures in Women's Health" which will be published in the spring of 2008 and she has completed book chapters in Pfenninger's Primary care procedures book, and Mayeaux's Atalas of Primary Care. She has received several awards including the Outstanding Teacher in Family Medicine Award and she has been on the "Best Doctor's of Central New York" list for several years.
