Admissions Requirements

90 semester hours of college course work completed in the United States and completion of the following courses (all science courses must include a lab):

  • General Biology or Zoology—6-8 semester hours
  • General Chemistry—6-8 semester hours
  • Organic Chemistry—6-8 semester hours
  • General Physics—6-8 semester hours
  • English*—6 semester hours

* English courses are those that have your English Department prefix (ie. ENG102). You may use those courses that are considered writing intensive on your campus and are identified as such either on your transcript or in your course catalog.

Advanced Placement credits are accepted only if they were accepted by your undergraduate institution and are posted on your college transcript. The admissions committee recommends that you also complete advanced science coursework in order to be competitive for admission.
