Special Admissions OptionsEarly Acceptance Program (Elmira College)
This is a guaranteed acceptance program for first-year students at Elmira College who are interested in pursuing a career in medicine and meet academic and other eligibility requirements.
- Have 1200 combined SAT Scores (Math & Verbal only) or 27 ACT Composite
- Have a minimum 90% High School Grade Point Average
- Demonstrate commitment to a career in medicine
Students accepted into this program will complete their undergraduate degree at Elmira College and are guaranteed admission to Upstate’s College of Medicine, pending all program standards are met.
