If you are traveling West on Interstate 690, take Exit #16N, Thompson Road, North. Continue on Thompson Road until you get to Carrier Circle. Stay in the lane marked Thompson Road North and Exit to the right. Go past Days Inn and Red Roof Inn and continue over the overpass. At the first traffic light past the overpass, turn left onto Brooklawn Parkway. Continue past the stop sign. The CNYOHCC office is in Suite 204.
If you are traveling East on Interstate 690, take Exit #16N, Thompson Road, North. Continue on Thompson Road until you get to Carrier Circle. Take Exit #35 (East Syracuse/Rt. 298) and upon exiting you will enter Carrier Circle Stay in the right lane and take Thompson Road, North. Go past Days Inn and Red Roof Inn and continue over the overpass. At the first traffic light past the overpass, turn left onto Brooklawn Parkway. Continue past the stop sign.
