Math/Writing Proficiency Information

All students are required to take a math proficiency examination prior to enrolling in Principles of Biostatistics.

The Math Review page provides resources for reviewing topics in algebra.

Students are also required to pass a writing proficiency evaluation prior to enrollment into the MPH Program. You need not submit a writing sample, we will be using your public health essay as an indication of your writing proficiency and submitting it for evaluation. If you feel you would like to submit another piece of work in lieu of your public health essay, please contact your advisor ASAP with your request. Please refer to the Writing Proficieny Policy
