Program Description
This course will cover the material regarding child abuse
that is required by New York State for licensed professionals.
The course is tailored to meet the needs of the busy medical professional and succinctly covers basic information while providing a practical approach to common child abuse scenarios. It goes beyond the requirements of NYS to use a case-based approach to understanding the issues surrounding child abuse as it pertains to the medical profession.
