New Thomas Grady Scholarship Aids Future Radiation Therapists

Elizabeth (Betty) Grady, BSN, RN provided a lasting gift – establishing a scholarship fund for students in the College of Health Professions Radiation Therapy Education program. She named the scholarship after her son Tom (RT '88) who is an outstanding radiation therapist: the Thomas Grady Radiation Therapy Scholarship Endowment.

"I wanted to recognize Tom and his work with cancer patients, and honor his education at Upstate. The radiation therapy program has been very supportive of him."
