MEDT 455 Laboratory Operations

Introduces the student to the operating principles and practices of the clinical laboratory. Course topics include the following as related to the pre-analytical, and post-analytical phases of laboratory testing: management principles and processes, regulatory resources, human resources, fiscal resources, quality management, and medical economics.
