Cytotechnologists examine samples from various areas of the body for cellular abnormalities which assists in the diagnosis of benign and malignant conditions as well as cellular changes that result from therapy and/or nutritional disorders.

People who succeed in Cytotechnology are detail-oriented, visual and often artistic, enjoy science, puzzles and problem solving, and like working with microscopes. They do not need patient contact. More >>
