How to Apply: MS—Physician Assistant Studies

Physician Assistant applicants must submit both Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA) and Upstate Applications:

  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Official College Transcripts
  • GRE Scores
  • Documentation of Health Care Experience - 1000 hours
• Supplemental Upstate Application - Apply Online

Please have your official GRE scores and an official High School Transcript sent to the Student Admissions office at SUNY Upstate Medical University.

Interviews will be granted upon successful screening of completed applications.

Additional requirements based on individual situations. It is the responsibility of each student to confirm that a completed application is on file in the Office of Student Admissions
