a-Dystrobrevin is a muscle protein required for the maturation and maintenance of postsynaptic specializations at the neuromuscular junction. In transgenic Xenopus larvae a-dystrobrevin 2a linked to green fluorescent protein , colocalizes with AchR clusters labeled with rhodamine a-bungarotoxin.
