Three images of a fibroblast transfected with rapsyn and the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor alpha subunit are shown. Immunofluorescent staining shows the alpha subunit (green) colocalized with rapsyn (red) in high density patches. The yellow image is an overlay of the green and red images showing the precise colocalization of the two signals.
