Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics Core Facility- Homepage

Welcome to the Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics Core Facility website of SUNY Upstate Medical University. This facility is available to all SUNY Upstate Medical University employees as well as Syracuse University and SUNY ESF personnel. This core facility is a resource funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services primarily for X-ray structure and proteomics studies. Presently, the facility houses two mass spectrometers, a Q-TOF Micro (quadrupole tandem MS) and a TofSpec-2E (MALDI-TOF), both from Waters (Micromass) Corporation.
