On Campus Housing Clark Tower, our on campus residential tower, is conveniently located next to the Campus Activities Building and close to University Hospital, the library, and all academic buildings. Clark Tower provides housing to students from all four colleges at SUNY Upstate Medical University.
Whether you are single, married or have a family, Clark Tower can meet your needs. Within the building, you may choose from:

Each style is fully furnished and has access to the internet. Clark Tower also provides students with 24 hour a day computer labs, fax machines, copiers, washers & dryers, TV and recreational lounges.
Off Campus Housing
A variety of off-campus housing options are available to graduate students. The SUNY Upstate Medical University and adjoining Syracuse University are located adjacent to a large residential neighborhood where student apartments within walking distance abound. Still more options are available within a 15 minute drive from campus, and most areas of the city are also served by the Centro bus system. Rental costs vary depending on apartment location, facilities, and size; but housing costs in Syracuse remain very reasonable when compared to those in other cities of similar size nationwide. The choice of living accommodations off-campus is the student's responsibility.
