Genomics Core Facility- Homepage

Welcome to the Genomics Core Facility website of SUNY Upstate Medical University. This core facility is a resource funded by Upstate's Intramural Research Grant Program for genomic studies, and is available to all SUNY Upstate Medical University faculty. Presently, the facility houses a Versarray colony arrayer (not to be confused with DNA microarrays) from Bio-Rad Corporation, a robotic platform for generating and replicating high-density colony arrays for synthetic genetic array (SGA) analysis (see: Related Links). As additional multiuser equipment becomes available in the Genomics Core Facility updates will be posted in "What's New".
