Explanation of CHI Network Interactions:
- Color coding of ORFs is based on primary GO (gene ontology)-term designations through the Saccharomyces genome database (SGD); GO categories represented are indicated by the color key
- Color coding of interactions are:
- Dark Green—primary act1? CHI interactions determined by screens against the EuroScarf non-essential haploid deletion collection
- Light Green—act1? CHI interactions determined by testing genes whose functions closely overlap with primary hit genes
- Dark Blue—physical or close functional links between CHI genes are indicated
- ABPs–Denotes genes that interact directly with actin or that are members of well-defined actin-associated complexes (e.g. Arc18p is the only non-essential component of the ARP2/3 complex)
