for new building.

Facilities

Sustainability will be a high priority in the construction of the three-module CNY-BRC, with maximum attention paid to resource efficiency, energy efficiency, pollution prevention and environmental harmony.

Phase 1

Phase 1 of the project will be a $20 million, 60,000 square foot facility to be situated in Syracuse, NY. It will house labs, offices, instructional and other project-appropriate research space, as well as business incubation space.

Phases 2 and 3

Phases 2 will be 40,000 square feet each and will cost about $10 million. This phases will house additional research space and provide a state-of-the-art bioprocesing pilot plant.
