Ad HOC on Enlightenment Recommendations to the Syracuse AIS

1. Letter to (Newsletter) subscribers
a. Thank them for participating in the (Newsletter) survey.
b. Results of the survey.
c. Suggestions for what they want to be included in the Newsletter.
d. Request a donation of $5.00 (per year) per group.

2. Newsletter include "Getting to Know Our AIS" sharing's from Officers and Coordinators.

Other items being considered by the AD HOC Committee on Enlightenment:

Day of Sharing (AIS)
Skit, speakers, literature, crafts/ activity, game - Oct 13th 2007? Date and location to be determined. Each local District will be asked to take on one part of the programming.

Purpose:
1. Earn money
2. Inform about AIS
3. Invite other AIS's to join us (Rochester, Ithaca, Buffalo)

Looking at need for a Syracuse AIS policy and procedures manual

Development of a pamphlet for members explaining what the Syracuse AIS is and What it does.
