PROGRAM PARTNER INITIAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for your interest in the business incubation and acceleration program at the CNYBAC. Our streamlined process to bring you into the Program is as follows:
- Complete Initial Application and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will contact you to schedule a more detailed application process meeting at which time we will also provide you/your colleagues with a tour of the facility.
- After your visit, if your Company is accepted and you would like to join us – we will provide you with the CNYBAC Collaboration Facilitation Agreement to review and sign.
Please note, if you are a StartUp NY Funded Entity or will be seeking StartUp NY Funding, you need to contact Grace VanNortwick, Dean’s Office, College of Medicine, at email@example.com.
A copy of your current Business Plan will need to be included with your Initial Application submission. We understand that not all elements of your Business Plan may be in place and a complete Business Plan will not be required until the Collaboration Facilitation Agreement is initiated. If you need assistance in developing a Business Plan, we have provided a template below.
