Before filling out this form, users must read and understand the IMT / Academic Computing Wireless Network Policies and Procedures text .

Directions for obtaining a Wireless Account:

Fill out the Wireless Account Form.
You will be contacted by Academic Computing to make an appointment to have your device connected to the wireless network. Under normal conditions this should not take longer than 15 minutes. Every attempt will be made to connect your device with 7 days of your form being received by Academic Computing
