Virex for the Macintosh

If you have Macintosh OSX:

Step One: Download the file OS X Virex.sit

Step Two: Double click the file to Unstuff it.

Step Three: Double click on the Virex 7.2 package and follow instructions from the install program.

Once main program installed, open DAT folder and double click on package. This will install the July 2004 virus definition table.

Future DAT files can be downloaded, through the virex program using the eUpdate - this is usually automatic

NOTE: If you cannot open the file you downloaded, you may need to get Stuffit Expander. It can be downloaded from www.stuffit.com/mac/expander/download.html
